A little background here, Around 9 a.m. when i was about to start on my articles for the day, my procrastinator soul called out to take out some time and check my twitter feed, and somehow I came across a random post about the much in news “Chandrayaan 2”, and this fellow stated that he is simply overjoyed by looking at India accepting and celebrating failures. The statement itself is so very synonyms to the spirit of blogging that I was compelled to check his profile and there it goes, not only he was a blogger and writer he was also pretty good at what he did!
Ashish Sinha who is the founder of Next Big What, heaven for tech geeks. The company was earlier known as plugged.in where they started profiling technology start-ups and became the driving force of these companies, his portal was always open for suggestions and has featured a lot of Industrial Trivia, which acts like a daily dose of fun for all the tech geeks out there. However, change is the only constant and Ashish is a live example that how empowering it can be for your work. Therefore after promoting around 15,000 different products and startups on his portal, he changed the name to : Next Big What. Now it is a portal for motivation and happening trends, showcasing products, writing candid feedback of new launches(probably for girls like me).Also they play a cheerleader for the companies and products who are trying their best to contribute in the ongoing technology revolution.
It is pretty obvious that we are completely awed by this simple start up, and would love if you shared this article. However as a word of caution, we would like to say that if your parents do not know about him already, do not mention his accomplishments or you will be in for a big lecture. He is an inspiration on so many levels that the duration of the so called lecture may exceed hours. Ashish is what we say the dream of all Indian parents and that is being an IIT graduate and IIM post graduate. After acing it in academics he bagged the best jobs and worked as a product manager in companies like Yahoo. This is not where the lecture ends and your parents may conclude by saying. “IIT toh tumne kya hi jana tha, par entrepreneur hi try kar lete”.His Entrepreneurial skills may be defined by this one statement that “He is running one of the best tech blogs of the country with a small team of 10 members.”
His Funda of success is to really simple that is to think about followers, in addition to that he is known to boost startups and that is his biggest high.He is one of the most curious bloggers I have come across and is super concerned about his country.(Yes I got this information by some more twitter scrolling.)
