Female warrior: Lucy Mecklenburgh

Lucy Mecklenburgh rose to fame as one of the cast members in the ITV2 reality series The Only Way is Essex. After the ninth season, she left the show after three years on it. She gradually received more opportunities, popularity, and honors as a result of her many talents and sizable fan base. Lucy started her business venture with an e-store called Lucy’s Boutique and later she also started her own fitness business, she also had her own online fitness training website called Results With Lucy which was a massive hit among fitness and health enthusiasts.

Modeling for Caprice’s brand, By Caprice, Mecklenburgh had an appearance on Ladies of London’s season 1 episode 7 in 2014. Mecklenburgh collaborated with PrettyLittleThing to release a clothing line in 2015, and she was featured in their advertising campaign. She also contributed her name to a line of sportswear by Ellesse. Lucy  began writing regular columns for New Magazine in 2013. Due to her enormous commercial partnerships and unending fan base, Lucy has worked with numerous media partners.

In 2014, Mecklenburgh and his professional partner Billy George participated in the BBC One talent competition Tumble. Be Body Beautiful, her first book was released by Penguin in 2015. Her book was among New York Times bestsellers within a span of 6 months after its release.  Additionally, Lucy has modelled for the renowned brands Barry and Dior.

Lucy has always been in the news with her controversies around her relationships. Mecklenburgh met and got engaged to Mario Falcone between 2010 and 2012, but their relationship broke up in 2012. She met actor Ryan Thomas while competing in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls in 2017, and they soon began dating. They got engaged in June of this year. Lucy and her fiancé Ryan welcomed a boy as their first child on March 7, 2020. On May 29, 2022, she gave birth to a girl, her second child.

Born to English parents Paul and Linda Mecklenburgh in a strict English household, Lucy was always fascinated with traveling and modelling. As a child, she used to be glued to the TV screen and fantasize about becoming famous. Evidently, Lucy manifested a similar life for herself. With a staggering 1.7 million Instagram followers. With hundreds of brand deals and multiple successful businesses Lucy has achieved everything she wished for as a child.

Even though it would seem like Lucy has had an easy, trouble-free life. The face value is distinctive and incredibly complicated. She experienced some trying times. In an interview, Lucy admitted that the time when her kid was afflicted with a condition that required doctors to place him on a ventilator, requiring him to live a life of eternal supervision was the lowest point in her life. In spite of her difficult circumstances, Lucy has persevered and, among chaos and pain, she has constructed an empire for herself.
