Astrid S is a singer and songwriter from Norway, a Scandinavian country lying in the northwestern part of the Eurasian continent. Perhaps it’s the cold and calm weather of Norway that is the reason behind the calm and soothing voice of Astrid. Astrid looks extremely pretty and without a doubt, she is a fan-favourite celebrity singer. All these three things shine out in her personality, her beauty, her calm and soothing voice, and her positive attitude. Well, Astrid’s full name is “Astrid Smeplass” and she is a pop singer, although she started really early as a musician close to 2013 at an age of 16 or so, releasing her first single and in the same year, she was placed fifth in a Pop singing show of Norway. It was in 2020 that she released her debut album named “Leave it Beautiful” which soon after its release was quite liked by the listeners and she gained a number of new fans through it. She released her album by signing with Universal, a globally known multinational music corporation.
After almost 7 months long pause, she is back with another single named “Come First”, she released an official Lyric Video for that song two weeks ago. The song is slightly in the pop genre although it still has the calm and soothing voice that’s characteristic of Astrid. In just two weeks the song has over 87 thousand views on YouTube and it has received 5.3 thousand likes. Fans really loved her song and some came out forward to comment beautiful things such as “Been a fan since 2016 and will forever be grateful for you. your music makes me feel so good”, another fan commented, “Love everything about this song. Makes me dance each time the chorus comes up, Hope you’ll release an acoustic version as well!!!!! Sending love from the Philippines”. These comments speak loads about Astrid and her contribution as a musician. She really deserves to be globally known and her growing fanbase is her efforts finally paying off.
