Free smiles delivered – Amr Maskoun

Amr Maskoun has recently come on the comedy scene and has made quite a name for himself in this short period of time. All this started from a tragic experience that he had to face at the fragile age of 13 years, he had to leave his country of Birth Syria, and reside in Turkey and subsequently in France as an immigrant. As he was growing up, he saw the boom of comedy on the internet, especially short video-based content creators. This motivated him to start as a comedian himself. And luck was on his side, he is now a well-established comedian with over 4.7 million Instagram followers and over 4.3 million YouTube subscribers. The least known fact about him is that he is an architecture graduate and that too he has passed with good grades. He was the winner of the People’s Choice Awards 2021 and also the Male Content Creator Award 2022. He has also been awarded the Middle Eastern Social Media Star for he tanked for all the love and said “I’m completely self-made on social media, it’s just me and my followers.”, he also recalled his dark past and seemed thankful that he made it out.

Recently, Amr Maskoun was in talks due to the event launch by META, showcasing the Creators of Tomorrow campaign celebrating the new upcoming talents who are creating content that inspires people to step forward and create online content. Amr is selected to display his ingenious innovative approaches to video content creation.
