You will simply love this quick and simple oats and besan cheela for dinner. High in protein and the cheela is spiced up with green chillies and flavour from the onions and jeera. In this recipe I have added additional healthy diabetic friendly ingredients like oats, making the chilla fiber rich, nutritious and gluten free. Serve it along with a Sweet And Spicy Tomato Chutney and a Dhaniya Pudina Chutney for breakfast, a tea time snack or even weeknight dinner.
