Remember the times when our mothers used to say “Books Khuli mat choda karo, Vidya Jati Hai” Well the logic behind the former statement is that everything that we create pr feel has vibes, and when you leave your notebook open the vibes on knowledge and learning will vanish. Hence when you are writing down something positive, will not only give you inner happiness relating to your blessings will also radiate positive vibes and yield more luck. This diary will also come in handy in case you are feeling low, just flip down some pages and find not one but many reasons for happiness

Being Kind:

The simplest meaning of giving away something is that you already have enough to share, because why would anyone give something if they lack it in the first place.Therefore practising kindness and sharing will give out vibes that you already have enough and have compassion for sharing strengthens your inner self about belongings

Practising a ritual, daily at the same time has numerous benefits. Suppose you select a time for penning down thinks you are thankful for, and make it a habit for more than 20 days, after that before the time comes our brain will start working in that direction, which is indeed a powerful embodiment of gratitude!
