Lauren Conrad: Behind the scent

The women’s lifestyle company Lauren Conrad caters to independent thinkers who love the charm of the seashore. The Lauren Conrad woman prefers timeless fashion to fads in all parts of her life. She looks to the brand’s expertly chosen designs and goods to enhance and accentuate her inherent attractiveness. The Lauren Conrad brand offers an experience that energizes free spirits since it is rooted in timelessly beautiful designs and a contemporary lifestyle that embodies the carefree energy of seaside living. The floral, light, energetic, and fun smell is incredibly alluring. Numerous studies have shown that the aroma of some flowers and plants can have real physiological effects on the mind and body, ranging from reducing stress to easing headaches. It’s been shown that lavender can help you sleep, for instance, and that pumpkin is an aphrodisiac to men. (Although, if you buy that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, it might just be the pie.)

While some of the suggested cause-and-effect of scent calls for a lot more study, there are at least five key scents that, according to the National Institutes of Health database (among other sources) have solid evidence behind them when they say they’re energizing. And in times like these, when even things like seeing friends or staying healthy can be stressful, we can use all the positive energy we can get.

Peppermint. The king of energizing, peppermint, has been demonstrated to lessen weariness and improve exercise performance. Additionally, it has been connected to increased motivation and focus. And who hasn’t noticed a boost in energy after smelling it? It’s all in the name, after all.
sour orange It is considered to be upbeat and joyful while also relaxing us and calming a racing heart. One study even found that it improved lung function, and as most of us are aware, oxygen is the most powerful stimulant of all.
Spearmint. Spearmint has a strong reputation of its own, despite the fact that some may view it as a peppermint imitator. In addition to being pleasantly cold, it has been demonstrated to improve memory and attentiveness. It’s also a terrific energizer because of chemical components like limonene, which is also present in citrus peels.

Lauren’s scented story is fascinating and attractive and compels us to read about it. I love the way she has designed the packaging and the perfume is wonderful. Amouage does not follow trends, it sets them. Sourcing evocative, exotic ingredients like frankincense and Damascene rose. Setting up shop in the style centers of the world: London, Milan, Dubai and more. Inspired by the mystery, majesty, and extraordinary natural beauty of Arabia, where its story began (at the Sultan of Oman’s request). Perhaps its most revolutionary step, however, is in expanding how we think about luxury. As creative director Christopher Chong put it, “luxury is not about any monetary value or status. Luxury is about freedom, honesty and integrity.”
