Ameer Merchant, 31, is not a traveler but a globetrotter; His company has operations all over the world. Ameer calls Bhavnagar, Mumbai, Dubai, and Iran his home and constantly strives to broaden his horizons in these and other locations. Ameer built himself from the ground, and his dedication to his work inspires admiration from all. Even though he is a well-established man, he thinks that everyone has their own unique definition of success, Every person has a unique set of milestones that define success.When he accomplish something, He always set a higher bar for himself and That is how he stays motivated. he always push himself to improve and challenge his limits.

Everyone can feel tired when working and even sometimes feel burn out ,however, Ameer is different. He feels more at ease. Naturally, he recognizes the importance of maintaining a work-life balance, which he believe he does, but he does not dread going to work when he leaves the house. Ameer has put in a lot of effort to get to where he is, and he wouldn’t been able to do that if he hadn’t enjoyed his job.When he works toward achieving his vision, He feels alive and excited because he has a passion for what he does.

Now you might think that Ameer has the perfect life with no problems in his work, Not just businesspeople, but everyone has issues. However, He shared in his interview how he deals with problems. He thinks that issues affect not only his company but also their customers and employees, who depend on them.Therefore, the first question he always asks when he encounter a problem is, “How long will it take to fix it?” because the more you allow it to fester, the more difficulties you put others and yourself through. After that, he get to the bottom of the issue and address it at its source to prevent it from recurring.

His advice is a combination of lessons learned from his own experience and advice from his brother and father.”Everybody should take a step back, get to know themselves, and then live for themselves and not others. Don’t try to buy people’s respect or love, and don’t show off shiny things to make friends.What you bring will be important because you won’t be the one who matters.If you want to help others, try to be a good person to them and do the things that make you happy.When you can, lend a willing ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a helping hand,” Said Ameer
