Life is made of small joys, loving moments spent with family and friends. As much as I love outdoors, due to cooking and other commitments, I give some reason to not step outside and spend more time with my family. Instead, when I get free time I just crash in front of the TV. When younger,  I remember playing physically strenuous outdoor games like badminton, basketball, and activities like gardening with my husband and kids. I miss those time and I am consciously trying to do all those activities again and feel more active. I  have added Protinex to my breakfast routine to give me the added strength to participate in these small joys of life. So, I #DontMissOut on precious moments in life due to poor muscle health. There's something we all don't want to miss out on, the sweetest moments in one's life. What's your #DontMissOut moment? #DontMissOut . . . . . . . #masterchefmom #protinexxmasterchefmomcollaboration @protinexindia #familyphotography #gardening #park #qualitytime❤️

She grew up with homemade South Indian food containing seasonal ingredients, sun-dried vegetables and condiments. On a banana leaf from her backyard, she enjoyed the meals cooked by her mother along with her family. Since she married a foodie, she learned cooking after her wedding and started posting on Facebook. Relatives and friends often asked her about her recipes and so she created a repository for them and started sharing the links. She loves sharing uncomplicated recipes that can encourage the younger generations to try their hand at cooking.

It has always been my favourite since childhood . The taste of food when eaten on a banana leaf triples if not more . Mixing rice with paruppu/ plain salted dal and ghee and making a small well to relish the sambar or rasam The mixing and eating it with hands is pure joy . Every dish tastes so delicious when eaten in this leaf. It is earth 🌎 friendly and also healthy . My father always grew banana trees in our back yard . This picture was clicked in my parent’s garden . Every time I click a picture with banana leaf , it gives me a satisfaction and also brings me close to home . I simply love this tree as it is so ‘giving’ and every part of it is so useful ( so many products are made out of Banana tree) and also edible . Even the fibres of the tree is used to make flower garlands . How many of you love the experience of eating in a banana leaf? . . . . . #masterchefmom #bananaleaf #bananatree #plantmoretrees #greenearth #ecofriendly #myfavouritetree
