Radhika Gupta is an Indian business administrator. She is also the chief executive officer (CEO) of Edelweiss Asset Management Limited. Radhika began working at Edelweiss Asset Management as a business authority on multi-strategy budgets. She was responsible for developing the strategic oversight for the team’s acquisition, distribution, and forum.
Radhika’s Life Journey
Gupta was born to a diplomat father who was an Indian Foreign Services official. She rolled across the globe with her family as she was born(1983) in Pakistan; Radhika was having difficulties at birth and ended up with a damaged neck, with which she describes herself as a ‘weird tilt to her head.’
Gupta graduated from Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania. She also acquired a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Concentrations in Finance and Management) from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School in the year 2005.
Gupta’s Career Shoots
Radhika began as a Business Analyst in 2005 at McKinsey & Company. In 2006, she evolved as a part of the multinational asset allocation unit at AQR Capital Management, LLC, as a Portfolio Supervisor. Accompanying Nalin Moniz and Anant Jatia, Gupta established Forefront Capital Management in 2009, formulated by Edelweiss Financial Services Limited in 2014. In 2016, Gupta administered the acquisition of Ambit Alpha Fund and the accession of the onshore enterprise of JPMorgan Asset Management.
Before evolving as Edelweiss Asset Management’s CEO in 2017, she substituted Vikaas Sachdeva, the previous CEO.
Radhika’s Achievements
Radhika is the perfect example of how imperfections are not the speed breakers of your life, but they portray you and make you remarkable and distinguishable from others. Radhika is an asset management specialist who relishes guiding teams and building enterprises. She is a proud daughter of an Indian diplomat, global resident, and evolution child—a writer, storyteller, TEDx, and Josh Talks orator, finding and filling magic with her words & works.
