Rashed Belhasa survives a kidnap attempt in London

Over the past two years, influencer boxing has gained a lot of popularity.YouTube stars like Jake Paul, his brother Logan, and KSI have all earned as much as the sport’s highest-paid performers from pay-per-view (PPV) purchases worth millions of dollars. The Emirati rich kid Rashed Belhasa, more commonly referred to as Money Kicks, may be the next person to make headlines.

Rashed Belhasa is a well-known YouTuber and social media celebrity who began his career at a young age. Rashed joined Instagram for the first time in May 2013 and then started his own YouTube channel called “Money Kicks.”He began by uploading a video with the title “Legendary Sneaker Collection,” in which he demonstrated his pricey shoe collection. His love for sneakers became well-known as many actors, sportspersons, and rappers appeared on his videos just to talk about his sneakers. When he started featuring major celebrities from all over the world, his videos started going viral. As his popularity increased, the rest of the world became interested in learning more about this newly established celebrity. His YouTube channel currently has more than a billion views and more than a million subscribers.

Rashed lives with his billionaire father in a house with it’s own exotic zoo. He is known for raising exotic and dangerous animals like tigers, in addition to being a well-known internet celebrity. He is also well-known for his impressive expensive cars, which includes some of the most expensive vehicles in the world such as Rolls-Royces, Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

The 20-year-old made a YouTube video describing how he survived a kidnap attempt during his visit in London. When he reached London he said, “We got a call saying Rashed has $2 million on my head, ransom, to kidnap me. I was so confused.” Belhasa reveals that he continued the promotional visit but two days he posted a picture of the restaurant he is sitting in. “One day I made a mistake, we were in a restaurant, and I posted a picture of the location. It was two days after the situation, it was late night, 12 of us were there. After 10 minutes I see people taking pictures and we are leaving, we are standing outdoors”, said Rashed. “Three people came with masks. One guy said “oh rich kid of Dubai…. Welcome to London.”

He added: “I said to my friend “They came for me.” Everyone said no they are fans. But they (security team) put me in the van – but these guys tried to block me they had 2 cars. We blocked one and we left.”

Belhasa reflected on the experience and stated “There are a lot of robberies going on there, and people think I’m one of Dubai’s wealthiest kids, because I know a little bit about the streets and people there are hungry. Don’t share your location on social media”.
