Ready! Get! Set! Go! Dennis!

“Focused eyes, Firm hands, Ready! Get! Set! Go!” Well, that might be a simple sentence to you but for Dennis Hauger that’s a mantra, an opportunity to accomplish new things. To him winning a competition is a drug, he has put everything on those wheels. He is currently 19 years old as he was born in 2003 but doesn’t take him as a normal teenager. He is something more when he has his grip on the steering wheel, it’s like a Dennis who isn’t afraid of anything, nothing to lose, all set on his target, his true conviction.

This started with Karting, he was so fond of speed and competition. He had that lust for winning tournaments, and it grew and grew as days went by. He won titles like ROK International and won in competitions like “Vega Winter Trophy”, “The Italian CSAI Karting Championship”, etc. He was young, he was focused, and he was winning. Soon, it was all a part of his daily life and with his close one’s support, he further advanced his career by participating in British Championship and winning it. His list of accomplishments is huge so it’s better for you to read about his biography if you are immensely interested in knowing his successes. For now, just know that he had also participated in tournaments such as the “Euro Formula Open Championship”, “FIA Formula 3 Championship… 2 Championship” and “Formula one championship” for Red Bull Junior Team. It seems his lucky amulet given by his grandmother is really magical, helping him in achieving these great feats.

Recently in an interview, Dennis talked about his greatest influences where he mentioned his father, manager, and two racers “Michael Schumacher” and “Sebastian Vettel”. He said initially he got interested in racing due to his father, all the races he has done with his dad, the time he spent with him talking about racing, doing stuff related to racing, and getting critical tips from him is perhaps the number 1 influences he considers. Thereafter he talked about his manager how he has always been there for him and how he along with his dad forever had his back during his initial racing years till now. Next, he talked about “Michael and Sebastian” and how they inspired him when he was a kid, not just their driving skills but their attitude and character as a person/ a racer. He mentions “They stand out as an epitome of a person one would want to be”.
