Sharing Delicious Savory Tales: Richa Tiwari

Food is our common ground, a universal experience.
-James Beard

Let’s be honest, words can never do enough justice to the extent of how happy food makes us. Be it the process of cooking or just eating; nothing really compares to the satisfaction food gives us. It doesn’t matter which mood you’re in; happy or sad, it is food that changes mood and completes every occasion.  There are two types of people when it comes to food: one- who love to eat and others- who love to cook and eat. Cooking again is like love. It should be entered into with abandon or not at all!

Say hello to Richa Tiwari- the voice and face behind Savory Tales. Richa has been featured as Top 21 Food Bloggers of Indian by MagicPin and she received an award for the “Top 20 North Indian Culinary Food Blogs” by Bonus App. According to her, creating unique and creative content is the best part of her feed and appreciative messages from her audience make all the effort and experience worthwhile. With her creative content and drool-worthy food pictures she has hooked on thousands of food enthusiasts like her to her feed. We kid you not, her Instagram feed is any food lovers’ paradise.

Handling kitchen food waste and getting rid of it is a smelly, messy yet vital task. Maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen in an environmentally responsible way is possible now. Thanks to this Emerson’s modern food waste disposer @insinkeratorindia which has made disposing kitchen food waste so easy just by pushing a button. I was recently invited to their experience center to know about this cool and revolutionary kitchen appliance. Honestly, I didn’t know much about the food disposers, how they work, etc. I was excited to know more about it as it appeared really interesting and was curious to know how effective they will be in any Indian Kitchen. #insinkerator food disposer can easily dispose off any type of raw or cooked food, even the eggshells, fibrous food and Bones too (YES! Bones too 🦴 ) in minutes. The disposer grinds food waste into very tiny particles that can be flushed down in any standard kitchen drain into the local wastewater treatment system, biodigester or septic tank with reduced risk of clogging. And above all this appliance can reduce the use of plastic bags for waste disposal and help the government by reducing the cost associated with the food waste disposal. There are lots of myths about the food disposers regarding electricity consumption, water consumption, their working, etc. Check out all these details and more about the event on my blog.
