Taim, whose full name is Futaim, said she still doesn’t comprehend the fuss surrounding social media. She understands, though, that she was born for it. She also enjoys doing what she does on social media. Taim worked alot behind the scene then she decided it is time to be in front of the camera and started posting vlogs on her youtube channel. It all started by posting a vlog in the mall of Emirates and it hit. It was simple but unique at that time as the concept of influencer was not there and she was the first emirati girl to hold a camera in a mall and record a vlog.

All her vlogs were about food and travel and they became a massive hit where she realized that can make money through it. Her fans liked her content so much to the point where they were asking her to post daily, so she started using her instagram account and post daily. Currently she has over 4.1 million followers and 914k subscribers on Snapchat.

Due to the money she earned as a social media influencer, she now owns eight restaurants in the UAE. She owns a Mercedes GX460, an apartment in City Walk, and other real estate developments.

She mentioned in one of her interviews that secret of success is consistency. “Anyone who is determined, confident and consistent with their blogs and posts can have an impact on social media. It’s about how well one can harness the power of social media. You can do literally anything – like selling this tissue. Consistency is the key, ”she says.
