At this point, he was 6 feet tall and weighed barely 70 kilograms. Shaun spent time during the off-season working out, eating anything he could find, and gaining 28 pounds of muscle. Not until Shaun was compelled to quit rugby early due to an unforeseen injury. At the age of 27, this prompted him to concentrate on Men’s Physique. Shaun developed his physique via perseverance, commitment, and rigorous training, and by 2014, he had become a Pro Fitness Model and a global champion.
