Taim<\/a>, whose full name is Futaim, had no idea on what the hoopla is but has become a social media person.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

When Taim<\/a> was a little girl, she spoke in front of the mirror imagining herself to be a part of a show. She was in fact a fan of herself. Her mother had seen this and encouraged her to participate in the audition for a TV anchor. Her mother promised her to have her back but only after getting permission from her father. Little Taim went to her father and presented the case and he was against girls being on tv and threw the newspaper she gave.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

After 10 long years, Taim took courage to study media. She studied and she had that passion.<\/p>\n

Person with dreams, goals and maturity; she understood that social media is in fact a serious business. The lady didn’t want to get stuck into traditional media like television but wanted to do something online. As Falasi graduated in 2012 from Zayed University, she immediately launched her own digital magazine called Yolo magazine. It also had a print version.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Her true calling to be working in the media, she created an online radio station too. Print magazine got a radio version-first online radio station in UAE called On air with Team. It went quite successful with each episode having a minimum of 40k plays. Later on she wanted to come to the front of the camera. Starting with her first vlog on YouTube, about her going to Dubai Mall; it got an elevation with much success later. When she started, there was not a single girl in UAE, who took the camera and went around to shoot vlogs. Her friends and family often criticized her but she stood strong with her mother at the back.<\/p>\n

Travel vlogs, event vlogs, content vlogs and lifestyle made a way of income. She also signed up contracts being an ambassador for two years. And because of Social Media, as she says, Taim has 8 restaurants. Underestimating bloggers happens around, but she stays brave with 3.4 million followers on Instagram. Every post until her recent birthday, a number of likes from her followers hit the page of this 31-year old lady.<\/p>\n
