Danil Palma<\/a> is a Singapore-based digital content creator. He produces aspirational lifestyle content in four categories: travel, fitness, fashion, and grooming. He was also titled ‘Breakout Influencer Of The Year in the 2017 Influence Asia Awards and ‘Male Style Star Of The Year in the 2018 ZALORA Style Awards.<\/p>\n

Danil Palma<\/a> used to be a chubby kid who disliked sports. He always found a way to avoid PE classes because he hated sweating. Danil<\/a> had terrible eating habits as a child. Then someone told Danil<\/a> that he was “too fat” to pursue his crush. He was so determined to prove someone wrong that he tried to lose weight by going on crash diets and became underweight.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t a good idea, but it was his first step toward better eating and fitness habits.<\/p>\n

Danil<\/a> was introduced to the gym after a friend at the polytechnic pushed him to join his dragon boating team. Since then, he’s enjoyed various fitness activities, including the rush of sprinting, the peace of yoga, and the flow of riding a bike.<\/p>\n

Danil’s<\/a> peers took piano lessons as a kid, but his mother sent him to hosting and modelling classes. As a result, he becomes accustomed to displaying himself to many people, which is why he feels little pressure as a content creator to maintain his good-looking physique. There is some pressure, but he doesn’t let it bother him too much, and he views fitness and grooming as self-care habits rather than obligations.<\/p>\n

Danil<\/a> has gone from being extremely obese to extremely thin and has struggled with body image issues for much of his life. It is not as simple for him to accept and love himself immediately. But he constantly reminds himself that he can work towards a better version of himself while celebrating his accomplishments. It is about progress rather than perfection.<\/p>\n

Due to his hectic work and travel schedule, Danil<\/a> has always wanted to be a fitness trainer but never had the time. Then 2020 arrived, and he felt utterly unmotivated at one point. Aside from being a massive reset, 2020 provided him with an opportunity to pursue this passion. So he dedicated himself to becoming a better athlete and sharing his knowledge with others.<\/p>\n

Danil<\/a> used to work out solely for his body, but his primary focus was athletic fitness as an instructor.<\/p>\n

Danil Palma<\/a> is not only a fitness trainer but also a typical blogger who enjoys traveling and documenting his incredible adventures.Danil<\/a> is well-known for his taste in fashion. He also enjoys car racing.<\/p>\n
