Niall James Horan<\/a> grew up in Mullingar, Ireland. West of Dublin, in the country’s center, is where the town is situated. Niall and his brother Greg moved back and forth between his parents’ residences following their parents’ divorce. They ultimately made the decision to live with their father. Using a guitar Greg had been given as a present, Niall taught himself how to play the guitar by watching videos on YouTube.<\/p>\n

Niall Horan, when 16 years old, appeared in a Dublin audition for the famous British singing competition \u00a0“X Factor.” The judges had mixed feelings about his performance and he didn’t make it to the finals, but they did offer Niall an opportunity by putting him in a group with four other lads, yes, you guessed it right! We are talking about One Direction, this is how the iconic boy band of the era was born. With Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan won hearts not just in the UK but globally.<\/p>\n

One Direction, our generation’s biggest\u00a0\u00a0boy band, swiftly attained fame on a global scale. “Up All Night,” their debut studio album, debuted at No. 1 in the US and the UK. One Direction became the first British band to have their first album debut at #1 on the US album chart as a result. The group quickly rose to prominence as one of the greatest boy bands of all time. One Direction was ranked as the fourth-highest-paid celebrities in the world by Fortune in 2015 after making $130 million the year before. Together with his fellow bandmates, Niall Horan co-wrote a number of One Direction’s songs, including the widely praised top 10 breakthrough “Story Of My Life.” Niall Horan’s guitar skills really elevated all their songs.<\/p>\n

Niall Horan is an avid sports enthusiast and player, primarily in football, where he also experienced a severe knee injury. Prior to the 2015 Masters Tournament, he played golf for pro golfer Rory McIlroy in the Par 3 competition. He is also a huge cricket fan and supports Derby County Football Club and the Irish Cricket Team. He also\u00a0participated in the Soccer Aid all-star fundraiser for UNICEF in April 2016.<\/p>\n

“This Town” released in the year 2016 was Niall’s first solo track after One Direction publicly announced their hiatus. Niall Horan spent three months touring the globe when One Direction originally announced their break before he began working on his own solo album. He and frequent One Direction collaborators wrote the massively successful song “This Town,” which they co-authored together. In October 2017, Horan launched his debut solo album, “Flicker.” He mentioned that the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac’s 1970s pop-rock were major influences on his work. Commercially, the record was outstanding. On the US album chart, it debuted at number one.<\/p>\n

Niall Horan embarked on his first solo concert tour in August 2017. There were twenty dates listed, mostly in North America. The most reputable critics in the world praised this tour, which was also a big hit as his songs. Niall Horan has a huge fan base globally due of his compassion for others and upbeat demeanor. His successful ventures and stardom from his One Direction days aren’t the only two factors contributing to this.\u00a0 Niall Horan truly is one of the most iconic performers and song writers today.<\/p>\n
