She even was bullied on Instagram, which is, in itself, very humiliating, especially for a mother who has just come out of the struggles of being a mom. She advocates “eating a lot,” which is just not a common expression. She’s sincere. Her favorite cuisine is seaweed soup, which is high in calcium, iron, fiber, and iodine.
