He gained notoriety in 2020 amid the covid pandemic after his YouTube video PE with Joe went viral. The 30-year-old started using Instagram as a platform for self-promotion in 2014. His page is a continuous stream of 15-second food videos, client before-and-after shots, and images of him in his underwear. \nJoe Wicks, a fitness instructor, was born Joseph Trevor Wicks on September 21, 1985, in Epsom, Surrey, England, to Gary Wicks and Raquela Mosquera. His mother works as a social worker, while his father is a roofer. Wicks attended the NESCOT technological college in Epsom after graduating from Blenheim High School. Later, he attended St Mary’s University in Twickenham to study sports science. After earning his degree in sports science, Joe began his career as a teaching assistant. He left the position after realizing\u00a0it wasn’t his ideal position. The following five years saw him working as a personal trainer. Wicks has attended a number of English talk programs, including Loose Women, Lorraine, Good Morning Britain, and This Morning. He started hosting the program\u00a0The Body Coach in 2016.<\/p>\n
