When Chef Patrick<\/a> was a little child, he started cooking in St. Ann’s Parish, Jamaica.<\/strong> He worked as an intern at Club Caribbean while in high school, and soon after graduating, he received a job offer. He worked in a number of resorts before transferring his skills to the sea, where he worked for the Disney and Royal Caribbean cruise lines. He relocated back to the country and obtained a job as the Executive Chef at Negril Restaurant in New York City. At the Highland Ballroom and B.B. King Blues Club and Grill in the center of New York City,<\/strong> Chef Patrick now wows diners. When he’s not in charge of 40 to 50 workers in the kitchen, he gives presentations in Bloomingdale’s or Macy’s<\/strong> or distributes samples in Times Square.<\/strong><\/span> Chef Patrick pushes the envelope in the kitchen, combining American flair, Southern cooking, and Caribbean spices to produce a truly distinctive dining experience. Each dish he prepares is a work of art, both in terms of the flavor combinations and the presentation on the plate.<\/span><\/p>\n
