Creatorshala is back with a yummy article about a woman who extremely passionate about baking-Deeba Rajpal. Deeba is voice and face of the blog\u00a0Passionate About Baking<\/a> and as the name suggests she pours her heart into everything she bakes, a recipe developer, food stylist and food writer. She is making us fall in love with food all over again and trust me when I say this, it’s rather dangerous to go through her Instagram feed and blog if you have a sweet tooth.<\/p>\n

Deeba has been baking at home since the last 15 years and it’s nothing else that calms her the way baking does. She finds the entire process challenging, inspirational, creative, therapeutic and she cannot help but enjoy this even more with each passing day. It’s beautiful to see how she incorporates seasonal ingredients and plays with colors in all her recipes.\u00a0 You’ll find readings and photographs of her exploring the kitchen and other interests-food styling,\u00a0 nature, art, photography and travel.<\/p>\n

This bundle full of talent has worked as a consultant with Marico, shot recipe videos with the World Famous Chef Vikas Khanna, freelanced as a food stylist with a couple of well know brands, wrote articles for digital platforms and magazines and she was also seen in travel show shot for NDTV Good Times. Her photographs are a complete treat to the eyes and you’ll not be able to get the images out of your mind. The recipes are easy to follow, innovative and very very very tempting. You’ll want to go to your kitchen and start baking, we bet!<\/p>\n

Cherry Almond Panna Cotta Tart… with agar agar. A simple biscuit almond meal crust to compliment a cooked lime almond cream. It’s gentle, it’s indulgent and it set so well! Recipe on @pabrecipes (posted a while ago). Cherries are sadly out of season now, but you can top this with pretty much any seasonal fruit. I’m thinking mangoes before they disappear, or then plums \ud83d\udc97 If all else fails, grate chocolate over it \ud83e\udd17<\/a><\/p>\n
