I am a sports and therapeutic nutritionist. I have my nutrition consultancy called Offield Nutrition, where I work with budding athletes and people with clinical conditions and in general anyone who wants to improve their health. Born and brought up in Pune, I am an avid animal lover, sports lover, and a daydreamer. Most days you will find me counseling fellow humans about their food habits and making diet plans and at times when I am free, you will find me with my earphones plugged in, sipping on coffee and petting any canine that crosses my path or scrolling through my social media.
