Why do Rapes happen?
Hathras horror doesn't need any more information. Frankly, I just don't understand why when girls express their safety concern, people ignore it and say not all men are same. And when this happens, those people are nowhere to be found! Don't those eveteasing incidents when not stopped or done anything about eventually give these monsters more audacity to do such heinous crimes? Why when people are educated and despite knowing laws, this is still an ugly reality of India? When will girls ever be safe? Is #BetiPadhaoBetiBachao only a mere slogan?
