Monsoon is the worst season for my hair (and my skin, and my hormones, but that's a different story.) I have dry hair which goes all frizzy and unmanageable in humid weather. But over the years I've found a few products and techniques that not only keep the frizz at bay but also lend a healthy shine to my tresses. If you have similar hair woes, this might help you too! I swear by the Argan Hair Mask by @mamaearth.in Apply on dry hair 20 to 25 minutes before shower time and then simply wash it away with shampoo. No conditioner needed. It's such a timesaver for busy moms and busy everybody out there. The result is ultra smooth hair that stays that way for 2 to 3 days. I'm currently loving the Apple Cider Vinegar shampoo by @wowskinscienceindia . Gives you a squeaky clean scalp, and soft and great smelling hair. For heat protection I use the streax hair serum, which has worked great for me. For when I don't have the time to apply a mask beforehand, or if I decide to wash my hair on a whim, I use the Wella Elements hair mask by @wellaprofessionals as a conditioner. Gives you soft lustrous hair. Read about this on my blog in detail. (Link is in the bio.) What else you can do for lively hair this season: Wash your hair frequently, keep the dandruff at bay Add argan essential oil to your shampoo for extra shine Use tea tree oil or peppermint oil to target dandruff Use a strong hair smoothing mask ( i don't recommend oiling the hair in this season) You can use homemade hair masks Use a deep conditioner - Leave in the product longer than usual Let the hair dry naturally If you must blow dry, do so with the nozzle facing downwards Use a heat protection serum Sleep on a silk pillow case How are you caring for your hair this season?
