As you all guys know water is such a beneficial thing for us. Water helps our muscles and joints work better. HYDRATION is my beauty regime which helps me to be fit & healthy. Hydration is a process of replacing water in the body. It can be done through drinking water, eating foods that contains such amount of water or drinking other fluids. Some general tips I follow for being hydrated:- 1.Keep a bottle of water with you during a day. 2.If you don't like plain water like me, so just adding a slice of lemon into it. 3.Drink water as much as you can. 4.When you feel hungry drink water. 5.Drink water before,during or after your workout or exercise. 6.Eat fruits and vegetables. 7.If you want to lose your weight just add a 1 spoon of honey into lukewarm water and drink this water in the morning or evening time before your meal.
