PAN GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD Recipe - INGREDIENTS - 1. Chicken Breast 2. Zucchini 3. Mushroom A. Olive oil 5. Curd 6. Cheese PROCESS - 1. Marinate the chicken breast with curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, black pepper powder and keep it in refrigerator for half an hour. 2. Put 2 tablespoon of olive oil in grill pan and heat it. 3. Put the chicken breast peices in the pan, add a pinch of salt and cook it from side for 2 mins. 4. Flip the chicken and let it cook from other side as well for 2 min. 5. Cook the chicken properly and take it out in a bowl. 6. In the same pan, put 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and put small cut peices of zucchini and mushroom in the pan, sorte it well with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. 7. Mix the salad with the chicken in bowl and spread some grilled cheese in the bowl.
