Mix One-third cup of oil and yogurt, and add half cup powdered sugar together. Add 1 cup Maida, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda, and mix well. 2. Pour 1 cup of milk in intervals till consistency becomes like cakes batter. Take a baking dish and cover it with oil and then pour the mixture. Let it steam for 30- 35 minutes on low-medium flame. 3. Rabri - Boil 1-liter of full-fat milk and add 3 tablespoon sugar, half teaspoon cardamom powder, and saffron. Boil on high flame till the milk starts boiling. Stir continuously till the milk is reduced in half and reduce the flame. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. 4.
