Beans on a cake this wonderful and delicious reminds me of one of the most famous street food of kolkata that is 'Jhaal Muri' a puffed rice snack. The beans were perfectly cooked as it was nice and creamy in texture. The cake is made of mashed potatoes spiced up with some seasonings and deep-fried to give a crunchy bites on the outside. The garnish of fresh coriander leaves and diced green chillies were giving a kick to the dish and taking the flavour to next level.
