Hey Foodies! Today's menu is "Stuffed Capsicum Parcels" ?️? So,Here is the easy and delicious recipe Ingredients: For outer cover- 1 cup all purpose flour(maida) 1 tsp oil ½ tsp salt For stuffing- 1 tsp oil 1 cup capsicum (any color), chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce ½ cup paneer(cottage cheese), crumbled or grated ½ tsp pepper powder Salt to taste Method: For outer cover- Take flour in a bowl, add oil, salt and mix. Add water as required and knead into a semi-soft dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. For stuffing Heat a teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies and capsicum and saute well. Add schezwan sauce and mix well. Add paneer and toss to mix. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Let it get heated through. Switch off the heat. For Capsicum Parcels Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out each portion into a shape of small disc. Put about a tablespoon stuffing in the center. Apply little water around the edges using your finger or you can use brush. Fold it into half circle. Seal the edges by pressing it. Dip a fork in water and press the edges to get a pattern. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place parcels on it and shallow-fry till golden from both sides. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or with Coriander/Mint chutney. To make it more delicious add some twists to this by adding some lemon or chat masala on the top.
