•DIY Skin Care• Coffee and Sugar Scrub – Coffee is a great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Also, this help to tone and tighten the skin. I have been using this scrub for years. It is super simple to make. Ingredients: 3 teaspoon coffee 2 teaspoon coconut oil (melted) 1 teaspoon sugar (granulated) Directions: Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and it is ready to use. You can preserve this mix in an air tight jar for up-to 2 months. How to use: Wash your face with lukewarm water. You can use rose water (Gulab Jal) also. Apply the scrub on the face and neck, and gently massage. Don’t rub too hard to avoid unnecessary redness. Rinse scrub off your face. Use a dry towel to gently pat your skin dry. Note: Don’t massage the scrub for more that 60-90 seconds, as it might cause irritation or sensitivity.
