Some swear by brining in salt water or vinegar, some by soaking in buttermilk, some by velveting with egg whites and cornstarch. Ahaaaaaaaaaaa Yummmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!! I like it because it’s delicious and one of the greatest comfort foods ever! There are many tasty variations on it. How you season it, what oil you use, what coating, etc. All play a part in awesome fried chicken.Just yummy! Mmmmmmm…. So good! And this why many people like fried chicken. It’s one of my favorite foods. It is just one of those things I guess. Like watching cats on the internet, it fulfils our desires, giving us a sense of satisfaction. It is just yum!!! :)))))
