Featuring: Mutton Ruz Bukhari from newly open restaurant @afghaniparkhyd Ruz Bukhari a dish that has many claims though some say it's middle eastern cuisine and some say it's a Afghani cuisine dish though whatever the origin of this dish is it's one of kind as the flavors and texture of the dish is incredibly delicious. Ruz Bukhari was not my first experience with it but when I had it I was completely indulging in the flavor of the dish as it was so tasty, aromatic and flavorful I couldn't stop it. The mutton pieces were perfectly cooked as it was soft, juicy and tendered falling apart from the bone. Sultana (Black Raisins) and sugar caramelized sliced carrot giving a good crunch and sweet texture to the dish.
