Paladar Restaurant Passaic NJ is a newer entrant to the food court scene and definitely makes an impression. After silvering-out our Groupon, we were anxious to try out Paladar – we weren’t disappointed! The airy room, with black and white checked flooring, seats about 50 people. There’s a well-lit modern bar in one corner and high ceilings. Decorated with bright pendants, artwork on the walls, sleek chairs and floors are made from wood that has been polished to a high sheen - it's easy to see why this place is popular with locals and tourists.
