Travel during a pandemic There has been waves and ripples and emotions that all traveller have experienced during these difficult times. The 1st few weeks was frustrating, then came outrage, resignation came right behind and now all of it has culminated in a certain acceptance . I would like to talk about the idea shifts that I see in many travellers locked up in their homes. There are many that will probably not jump at the first flight or train to some exotic land, rather they will consider many aspects of the travel. With lesser jobs, lesser dispensable money and higher risk people are rethinking about their choices. The part part though, is that many people are talking about impacts, intentions, carbon footprints and many such global concepts. There is a hesitance in people towards mindless consumeristic tourism. As a matter of fact, with technology, the travellers are actively sharing videos and VR snippets to each other to keep the curiosity and wanderlust in control. It seems like a beautiful and promising beginning of a new way of experiencing travel . It is still evolving and transforming, and so, it is absolutely exciting to #justobserve
