I made these two favorite dishes of mine. Gol gappe and chowmein, both of these are yum. Adding dahi with aloo pyaaz masala inside gol gappe increases the flavor by many folds. Chowmein-fry three four pieces of finely chopped garlic and green chilli. Add 1 finely chopped onion. After 1 min, add 1 carrot and capsicum. Cut carrot and capsicum in longer lengths. Let them fry for 1-2 min. Add 2 teaspoon vinegar, two teaspoon dark soya sauce, 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Keep the flame high while adding these sauces. Mix them well and add boiled noodles. Tip-when you boil noodles add pinch of oil in it so that noodles do not get stick to each other. #creatorshala #foodislove #lovemylife #blogger
