Hello fam, Here's a lesson I have learnt from my life. I used to be skinny, during my school and earlier college days. I used to get compliments like " thora wajan badhale, bomb dikhegi, thori si heavy dikhti tow accha hota, thora khaya kar, bachi bacchi dikhti h bht" and many more. So I started weight gaining exercises, had my carbs more and after 1 year I gained weight and the results were visible enough to let people comment about my body. Then people started saying "kya be moti kitni moti ho gyi, itna kyu khati h, dhyaan de body pe". From the last year I stopped listening to people and guess what I'm happier and healthier, after not giving attention to people's thought process. We all have our own life and no one else has the right to comment on our body. I'm also not scared to show my fats on body that I used to be.
