The entire menu is filled with different types of savory and dessert crepes. So, in dessert crepe, I have tried their creme dessert crepe which was good. Talking about taste and texture I liked the poached berries in sugar syrup which gave the fresh fruit taste and berry jam drizzle was giving a sweet and sour kick to it. The crepe was perfectly cooked as it was soft and crisp at the same time.

Serving size: 1 Preparing time: 3 minutes Cooking time: 0 minutes Total time: 3 minutes Ingredients: • Ice cubes • 1 ¼ ounces Vodka • 1 ½ ounce Sour Apple Schnapps • ¼ ounces Lemon juice • Garnish: Green apple slice (Optional) Instructions: • Place the cocktail glass in the freezer to chill. • Fill the cocktail shaker with 3/4th of ice cubes. • Add Vodka, Schnapps, and lemon juice on the shaker. • Case it and shake about 20-30 seconds or until the drink precipitates out of the shaker. • Strain it into the chilled cocktail glass. • Garnish it with the apple slice.

FACE SHIELD is one of the unearthings which is going to synchronize into our daily attires. Face shields are more protective because it covers the whole face- prevents any unsolicited particles entering into eyes, nose, and mouth. Eventually, Face shield will get into the domain of fashion. Wearing face masks almost a day will be uncomfortable and even incongruous. Joe Doucet, founder of multidisciplinary design studio Joe Doucet x Partners has created a design that is ‘less alien and intrusive on the wearer than a typical face shield would’. This visionary layout amount to arched see-through façade which has sunglass lenses and arms. The futuristic shield can be put on like cooling glass. The entire shield is lightly tinted which has a curve that separates the eye portion with a darker tint. The arms slide over the ears which gives the feeling of wearing normal sunglasses. The shield is done with polycarbonate which gives the anti-fogging property that establishes a crystal-clear vision while using. “PPE needs to seamlessly become part of one’s routine. The approach I chose was to build on the use of sunglasses, which feel natural to most, to give a very effective tool – a face shield, a greater chance of being worn by many.” Says Joe Doucet. They are customarily used in concurrence with face masks and bounded to medical workers who are in exposure to the infection. The designer conceptualized the shield using 3D design tools- which he learned and got interested in this lockdown. There is no photoshoot has been conducted.
