A walk to remember

To know this movie had so many critics due to it being cliche and bland, I thought it was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE! For 1# It being one of my favourite movie as the lead female Jamie doesn’t care about how the world thinks about her especially the popular crowd unlike most movies we watch nowadays where most storyline’s, lead characters focus their lives on the schools opinions on them and change who they are over it. 2# The twist of Jamie having cancer (sorry for spoilers) reveals itself midway during their relationship, that’s not just a ‘good girl loves bad boy’ story, it’s deeper than that so call that a cliche? And 3# I love that sex isn’t involved in this movie, whereas most teenage romances has to have ‘losing your virginity’ included. Therefore inspiring teenagers the message that love can evolve without sex. Real love teens! Equals the leads Landen loves his cancerous, love of his life Jamie without the need of popularity as he learns that theirs more to the world thanks to her! So if I were you, for real love, inspiration and motivation in life WATCH IT!

This web series was worth watching. Watching the series gave a bit of reality check on how life has changed drastically about the idea of marriages, but still there are those old traditions that never die as time passes by. Do you believe in arranged or love marriage? Whats your take on this?

13 reasons why

This show is like no other I've seen, at least in a long time. 13 reasons hits on every hard topic (aside from abortion) that teens could possibly go through. They give a full scope on the challenges being faced by our youth today and there is some comfort in the words they say as they help you navigate through a tough time being had on screen that can be related to yours or anyone else's life off screen. The actors did an amazing job acting such emotional scenes, it was sometimes very difficult to watch and I ugly cried a few times but it should make you uncomfortable, and hopefully that feeling will make you feel so gross that you can be the strength to stand up and stand together. I loved this message and although it can be tough to watch I definitely urge others to give it a shot and ask themselves how they feel about these harsh topics.
