A Summer Story

The Summer Story is an YouTube Indian Webseries directed, edited and wrote by Shivam Jemini. The speciality of this story is this is the Zero budget movie. Where the actors worked in these series are friends of this writer and they didn't even charge for it, so that makes it extra special for me. There are 3 guys in the show, that show their friendship working in different job, from different background stay together in Mumbai to achieve their dreams. One being an struggling Actor, other being Hardworking enginner and third one and the main lead Shivam Jemini, want to be writer but working in 9-5 job. Shivam was frustrated by his 9-5job and he decides to take leap of faith and work towards his dream of writing, he resigns form the job. After resigning to get some what peace he met her at Marine Drive, a complete stranger-An Indian American Girl. He helps her, interact with her and show perfect definition of being Mumbaikar and in turn she influenced theirlife. It also shows various places of Mumbai, specially shooting in Mumbai local train and getting that shots perfect, were amazing. Shots on beach and in the mall where they gone to hangout were amazing and it up notch it to another level. Simplicity at its best, is what I felt through this.

Backstreet Rookie

This is one of the best K- Drama I have ever watched! It is the sweet mixture of Comedy, Romance, Action, Drama and so on. It is an amazing series. I would recommend it to y'all. The story revolves around Choi Dae Hyun who runs a Convenience store and Saet byul who applies for a part timer job there. The plot is full of twists and turns. Only 1 episode I feel was boring other than that it is a full package.

Dil hi toh hai

Overall, the series is entertaining. That’s for all to see and realize. However, it does get a tad draggy in patches. The overall Bollywood overdose of background score doesn’t add up to the mushy flavor. At least, not in today’s time and era, it looks shoddy. Though clichéd in idea, Dil Hi Toh Hai pulls through, thanks to some sticking emotional scenes and impeccable performances by Karan Kundraa and Yogita Bihani. A hurried narrative could have been avoided. For all new-age lovers who have found Cupid, a treat during Valentine’s month, given the right romantic flavor and essence.

Modern Love

Modern Love is an American romantic comedy anthology web television series, based on the weekly column published by The New York Times and I must say we have found a hidden gem. This series shows us love in different forms and just watch it , you will know.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

This is not a series its an emotion and every FRIENDS fan would agree to it. This is an all mood show. You are happy, you might wanna watch it, you are sad, you want to watch it, you are feeling lonely, you need them, you are having your alone me time, you need them to relax you, you are dealing with stress, you have them. Also, you can never have a favourite character ever on this show. Everyone is favourite on different days. I mean no one could be so heartlessly pure, good looking, and funny than Joey. No one can as charming, loving, caring, and sarcastic as Chandler. You can have no one who take cares like Monica and is also a freak. You want to be her on some days. You want to be Rachel on all days when it comes to fashion, bossing up, being a kid, being a brat, and what not. Ross is as realistic as you. Keep yourself in place of him in every situation and you would feel this. Phoebe is not a weirdo but a sweetheart forever.

Panchayat

In my opinion, Panchayat is a comedy-drama, and one of the most popular web series of Amazon prime videos. It is based upon the real picture of India, like how does exactly the Panchayati raj system working in India. In Panchayat, Abhishek Tripathi(Jitendra Kumar) playing the role of panchayat secretary village (pulhera) of Uttar Pradesh. But he doesn’t like the job and the Sarpanch of the village Manju Devi but series shows how does patriarchy system affect our society her husband performing all the function related of panchayat behalf of the Manju Devi( sarpanch). In panchayat series, the life of rural India are not easy for those of who live in the urban areas of the society, there are several types of difficulties facing peoples of rural society, like lack of opportunity, improper knowledge, lack of connectivity, most important factor poverty and problems related with technology. We can say that some people of our society criticize the situation of India, but if you have not proper knowledge about what is the actual situation present in Indian villages. Then You can’t be given the correct and exact result that’s exactly web series showing in every episode.
