Faith is a matter of individual believe. Value of secularism lies in mutual deference. The Ayodhya dispute or the Ayodhya case is a long running case in the Indian history. This is the one of the major reason of dispute between the Hindus and the Muslims living in India. The Hindus believe that it was a birth place of Lord Rama and the Muslim believes that this place belongs to them. The story started back in 1528 when Babur was the first Mughal emperor of India. It is believed that one of his commander named Mir Baqi built the masjid on his command and on the name of emperor Babur, the masjid is named as Babri Masjid . In 1766-1771 a priest of Jesuit name Joseph tieffenthaler wrote that emperor Aurangzeb got the palace called Ramcot demolished and got a Muslim masjid on the same place where Ramcot was. The main dispute started in 1853 when Hindus claim that Muslims built masjid after demolishing Lord rama temple. After Britisher took commend over India they divided the place into two in which one side the Hindus will worship and the another side Muslims. For the first time in 1885 dispute reached in the fezabad Court . On 23December , 1949 a cculpture of Lord rama was found in masjid but Muslims believe that some one put it inside the masjid. In 18 December, 1961 a board filed a case to have all legal right on masjid. In 1984 VHP (vishv hindu parisad) opened the lock of masjid and started the campaign to built a temple of Lord Rama. In 1986 the judge allowed the Hindus to worship in tht disputed land. The angry Muslims made a committee against it. The story took an another level when director of BJP lal Krishna advani started a rath yatra from somnath , Gujarat to Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh . In 1990 (December) lal Krishna advani got arrested in samastipur in Bihar . On 6 December, 1992 thousands of bhakt reached Ayodhya and they demolished the masjid and started to build Rama temple. In January 2002, PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee started a program know as Ayodhya vivad . The work of this program is to solve the dispute and talk to both Hindus and Muslims . In 2003 on the order of Allahabad high court , the digging in the Ayodhya started because Hindus believe that there is some remain of temple under the masjid. On September 30,2010 Allahabad high court ruled up a plan in which he distributed the lend into three parts but Supreme court stopped the Allahabad court and it’s plan. On September, 2017 supreme Court order to fill a case against seven people’s who encourage others to demolished masjid. Ayodhya dispute is considered as a political, historical and religional dispute among Hindus and Muslims and it is one of the longest running property dispute in India. So on 9 November, 2019 the last judgement from supreme Court is passed. In this judgement supreme Court ordered that the dispute land will be handed to Hindus and government should give an alternate of five acres land to Muslims for rebuilding of masjid. And finally the longest dispute of property ended on a happy note that fights and riots only kill your people sometime negotiations can help you to save your country.
