ALL ABOUT MALDIVES!!!!!!!!! Tourism is the largest economic industry in the Maldives, as it plays an important role in earning foreign exchange revenues and generating employment in the tertiary sector of the country. The archipelago of the Maldives is the main source of attraction to many tourists visiting the island country. Overview of a typical tropical resort A tourist resort in the Maldives typically consists of an exclusive hotel on its own island, with its population entirely made up of tourists and work force, with no local people or houses. Those islands developed for tourism are typically 800 by 200 metres in size, and are composed of sand and coral to a maximum height of about 2 metres above the sea. In addition to its beach encircling the island, each island has its own "house reef" which serves as a coral garden and natural aquarium for scuba divers and snorkelers. The shallow water enclosed by the house reef also serves as a large natural swimming pool and protects swimmers from the ocean waves and strong tidal currents outside the house reef. The buildings on a typical resort include rooms and suites reserved for use by its guests, restaurants, coffee shops, shops, lounges, bars, discos and diving schools. A portion of the island also contains staff lodgings and support services such as catering, power generators, laundry, and a sewage plant. On-island shops offer a wide range of products, such as souvenirs and artifacts. Most resorts offer a wide variety of activities such as aerobics, volleyball and table tennis. Ecotourism There is some promotion of ecotourism in the Maldives, with resorts emphasizing recycling of heat that is wasted in producing electricity and stricter policies of waste disposal. Furthermore, the government aims to conserve the natural environment of the islands before they made into resorts by enforcing laws such as prohibition of catching turtles and reduction in the damage caused to the coral reefs. Nevertheless, the Maldives have frequently come under criticism for their lack of protection of the local shark populations, which have sharply decreased after being hunted extensively for decades. In some areas, sharks have entirely disappeared. Sharks are hunted primarily for their fins. Shark fins are exported from the Maldives to other countries in Asia, where they are regarded as a delicacy. The fins are amputated from the live animals, which are then thrown back alive into the sea. Although this practice is prohibited by law in the Maldives, these laws are not respected or enforced by the local authorities. In 2001, a local environmental organization called Seamarc/Marine savers (known onsite as Reefscapers), set up an ambitious program of reimplantation of coral in damaged areas, on the basis of resort sponsorship. Many thousands of tourist-sponsored "coral frames" have been successfully transplanted in many resort reefs like Kuda Huraa and Landaa Giraavaru, and are under close survey by marine scientists; they are a refuge for thousands of tropical species, and help to preserve and recover these fragile ecosystems. "There are big challenges that come with the advantages of the islands' tourist assets, however," said Richard Damania, World Bank Lead Environmental Economist. "The country's coral reefs, which protect it from storm surges and serve as the main attraction for the tourism-driven economy, are in danger of being damaged or destroyed by poorly handled waste disposal methods." Natural environment The Maldives are known for their natural environment including the blue ocean, white beaches, and clean air.[citation needed] The climate of the Maldives is ideal[citation needed] for visitors to get engaged in water sports such as swimming, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, water-skiing. windsurfing and kite boarding. The natural environment of the Maldives attracts tourists all over the world and every year.[citation needed] Its tourism industry is today the Maldives' largest revenue generator. Due to their extraordinary underwater scenery and clean water, the Maldives is ranked among the best recreational diving destinations of the world, with over 60 local dive sites across the islands. It was also reported to be the world's most desired honeymoon destination, according to a global survey by Agoda.com.

"THE JUDGEMENTAL DAY (Mystery Resolved)" On the judgemental day, Michelle sees a broken Scarlett and says “honey I’ll somehow get you out of the jail…don’t worry…”. The magistrate, Mrs. Enzo, Mrs. Enzo’s attorney, Travis and colleagues of Scarlett arrived at the court. The clerk of the court calls Scarlett after the case been read by the law lord. After Scarlett enters, she takes up the oath to tell truth only. The case starts on the side of Scarlett’s defence attorney by questioning her where were you that night and what were you doing? With all hopes given by Michelle, Scarlett without any fear and anxiety replied that she was working late that night in the office as she had some pending works to be completed. Defence attorney shooted his next question as why did she ran out of the office in hurry? Scarlett replied,” I heard a noise in the copy room. So, I went to look up there, where I saw Mr. Enzo lying on the floor unconsciously. I was scared and I didn’t know what to do. So, I ran out of the office”. The defence attorney with mocking tone questioned,” If you see someone lying on the floor unconsciously why should you get frightened and run out. You should probably help him and saved him right…So your honor this clearly says that Scarlett is the one who killed Mr. Enzo and I hereby submit the evidences which is found on the crime place, that is the plastic wrapper through which Mr. Enzo is murdered which was also found in Scarlett’s desk and finger prints of Scarlett in the copy room. Your honor I would like to show up one more evidence as the security guard of Herbat plaster”. The clerk calls the security who worked late that night in Herbat plaster and he takes the oath. Mrs. Enzo’s attorney questions him what happened that night? The security answers,” that night everybody in the office went except Mr. Enzo and Ms. Scarlett. Suddenly I saw Ms. Scarlett coming out of the building with sweat all over her face and frightened look and she was in a hurry to catch a cab. So, I helped her in getting one. After which I went into to the office to check all the electronic appliances are turned off where I saw the lights on in the copy room. I moved in there where I saw Mr. Enzo lying on the floor without a breath so I called an ambulance and took him to the hospital”. Michelle said “your honor I want to cross examine the security…”. The magistrate granted her permission. Michelle questioned him whether he is sure that only those two where staying late that night and the guard replied yes. Scarlett goes out of control and starts to scream Darcy was also staying late that night. The grand jury tells Scarlett not to scream in the court. Then Michelle goes to Scarlett and asks her who is Darcy and when did she saw Darcy? Scarlett replies that Darcy is her office colleague and she also left late that night because Darcy questioned about her where abouts before she left the office. Michelle immediately shoots her next question, “then why should the security tell that, you and Mr. Enzo were only staying late that night?”. Scarlett says that he didn’t see Darcy leaving as he came with a cab 5 mins after Darcy left. Michelle asks the magistrate to cross examine Scarlett’s colleague, Darcy Smith. The law lord grants permission and the clerk calls Darcy and she takes the oath. Michelle starts her cross examination by asking her when she left the office that night. Darcy, with a cool head replies that she checked out of the office at around 6.00 p.m.” Then why should Scarlett say that you stayed late that night?” asks Michelle where Darcy replies “I’m saying that I didn’t stay late that night. Then how would that be true!!!”. Scarlett again starts to scream “you liar…”. Magistrate warns Scarlett not to scream anymore. “Then why should your best friend tell me that you killed Mr. Enzo with her help. Your honor I would like to cross examine Ms. Darcy’s close friend Jade” says Michelle. Darcy gets terrified and the law lord grants permission. The clerk calls Jade and Michelle starts to shoot her question “why did Darcy killed Mr. Enzo?”. Jade confesses that “Darcy and I work under Mr. Enzo. Initially me, Darcy and Enzo entered the office as a fresher at the same time. At that time Enzo was really cool with us and we use to be friends. But once Enzo was promoted, things started to get different between us. And he started to behave differently with us. This eventually made Darcy feel jealous on Enzo and she developed a vengeance on Mr. Enzo. One day, while we were having our lunch in the refectory Darcy asked me to help her to kill Mr. Enzo and I said no. I told her even she should not do that. Then she started to threaten that if I don’t help her, she will make to accuse everyone against me of killing Mr. Enzo. I was scared and so I said yes and helped her”. Suddenly Darcy with a rush in her adrenalin shouts “No!!! I didn’t kill him for that reason…”. Michelle immediately throws her question as “then why did you kill him?”. “Because he tried to harass me…Yes as she said we all entered the office as fresher at the same time. And me and Enzo were in love. In the time of promotion, as we both were equal in standards of our work, the company was confused and told us to take oath individually as who would do the best. Before I was up to take the oath, Enzo convinced me as, “sweetie…if you give this up for me it will really help me to talk to your parents about our marriage. But if you don’t want to, I won’t force you to do it…”. Convinced by his words, I told the management that even though we both are equal in standards and pretty much suitable for the role. I am sure that I can do my best but my colleague Enzo fits in the role more than me and he will be at the best of his work…after becoming a project manager things got different between us and he started to avoid me. So, I asked why he is doing this to me and he said that he used me to go to a higher position and he didn’t really love me. That day he totally broke my heart and I decided to take revenge on him. Months passed and one day he tried to harass me. I told him that I will complain about him to the higher authorities and he told me that he leaks all the photos and videos that we were together. I was shocked by his actions towards me. Then he started to harass me on a daily routine. I was totally devastated and was not even able to share this with anybody. So, I decided to put a full stop for this. I waited for the perfect time to kill him and take revenge”. Michelle questioned her,” so you confessing that you killed him but the autopsy report says that Mr. Enzo is murdered but without any weapons or poison…how did you do that?”. Well now Darcy revealed her killing technique to the court by saying that she wrapped his face with a plastic wrapper where he went out of breath and blood stream will start to develop carbon mono oxide which acts as a poison. And that’s how she killed Mr. Enzo and took revenge. Now Michelle says, “your honor, I’m sorry for playing an act in the court but it was just to make Darcy to tell the truth by herself and now it is legible for us that Darcy is the one who killed Mr. Enzo and Scarlett is sinless. I leave it to thee stand for the justice…that’s all your honor…”. The defence attorney congratulates Michelle by shaking hands with her. After being dismissed for a lunch break, Now the law lord and the defence table and everyone gathers and the magistrate speaks up as,” On hearing both sides of the argument, I went through all the evidences produced by the public prosecutor (defence attorney of Scarlett) and verified it. There is no evidence produced on proving that Scarlett is innocent. But Darcy has confessed the truth that she killed Mr. Enzo. Hence, she is sentenced life time imprisonment and it is proven that Scarlett is innocent and she is set free. After the magistrate sentenced the verdict, Darcy is taken by the cops to the prison and Scarlett with tears rolling down hugs Michelle and says, “thank you so much for helping me to get out of the problem and I really don’t have words for my gratitude. Travis then hugs Scarlett and tells her that he missed her a lot and decided to not to miss her after this. He then said that he will wait for her till she achieves her dream. Tears all over her eyes, Scarlett hugs Travis and they lived happily ever after. . . . . . . . . . AND THEY HAPPILY LIVED EVER AFTER.......
