I love experimenting, especially if it's food. Middle Eastern food have always allured me, it's very uniques and easy to cook. I tried my hands on their popular and authentic Hummus, which is made of boiled chicpeas and tahini paste. But, I used curd instead of the tahini paste which gave a creamy texture to the hummus. The round balls are another popular snack from Middle East, which is called Falafel, made with fava beans or soaked chickpeas.

Who doesn't love potatoes? Everyone does I guess, and I am a huge lover of potatoes, regardless of any form, be it mashes potatoes or fried. I tried making these crispy chilli potato wedges and sprinkled some grated cheese over it. TURNED OUT DELICIOUS.
