I tried my hands on their popular and authentic Hummus, which is made of boiled chicpeas and tahini paste. But, I used curd instead of the tahini paste which gave a creamy texture to the hummus. The round balls are another popular snack from Middle East, which is called Falafel, made with fava beans or soaked chickpeas.
