I made this dish a year ago and my family loved it so much that since that day I have made this dish quite frequently. The dish is - Two Cheese Pasta. As the name suggests, this dish has two different types of Cheeses in it-that not only make it more cheesier but also take the taste of the dish to a whole another level.

I love experimenting, especially if it's food. Middle Eastern food have always allured me, it's very uniques and easy to cook. I tried my hands on their popular and authentic Hummus, which is made of boiled chicpeas and tahini paste. But, I used curd instead of the tahini paste which gave a creamy texture to the hummus. The round balls are another popular snack from Middle East, which is called Falafel, made with fava beans or soaked chickpeas.
