Skincare during lockdown It’s almost 122 days of lockdown and we’re totally fatigued because of it. I think this is the time where we have got more than a moment or two to think about ourselves and take a break from our tight packed schedule. This article is all about the most important aspect of our life for which we always struggle to find time. Yes I am talking about -skincare. Wait, wait I know you must be thinking “this cliché topic, not again”. But I think this is the time when we can do best for our skin. I think self-care and self-respect go hand in hand. If you’re investing even ten minutes, you’re doing something for yourself. Take good care of your skin and come out like a glowing goddess. Here are some things which you must follow during this lockdown- • Drink lots and lots of water. (cliché but supper effective) • Don’t forget to give your skin boost of hydration by moisturizing your skin daily. • It’s time to forget about those physical exfoliants and switch to chemical exfoliators. • Adopt a skin care routine (whichever suits you) and stick to it. • Don’t forget to apply sunscreen even if you’re at home. • Try natural ingredient mask and give your skin that extra dose pampering. Ultimately, we cannot control anything that’s going on with the virus, economy, or any of the shock waves we’ve encountered this year but what we can surely do is take out time for ourselves and heal and always remember one thing if you do not take care of yourself who will?
