Mental illness is not a flaw in character but a flaw in chemistry. It's a disease but not an emotion. It's an illness not a choice. It requires medical treatment not laughter therapy. It requires to be cured but not covered. It requires to be understood but not only heard. It requires your support to fight but not your demotivation. -JASMINE. . . . #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #itsokaynottobeokay #emotionalhealth #bealonebehappy #recoverywarrior #iamhere4you

Read a quote today that said “ We are living in a generation where we are hiding our emotions with a fake smile” and couldn’t agree more on it. Today’s generation is all about keeping their emotions/problems to themselves, faking a smile and moving on. Why? People have become heartless, there is no humanity left. Instead of understanding, they judge. They don’t know what a person is going through. Fools are those that believe smiling is a sign of happiness. Faking a smile is an easy option but remember it comes with its own pros and cons. Find a person whom you can share your thoughts to, speak to them if you ever feel like screaming/crying/losing your shit, I swear everything will get better with time. It’s okay to disclose your emotions, ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY. ♥️ #creatorshala #contentcreator #campuscreator #mentalhealth #lifestyle #writings #selfportrait #photography #fashion #blogging #love #creator

Let us be kind ourselves instead of expecting the same from others. This is how the world will change and so will our thoughts.Let people show their grief, rage, anguish, thoughts, in the way they are liking now. None of us are correct and none of us are wrong, we are all taking this differently, and it is okay. Stop judging. ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ . ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #mentalhealtmonth #mentalhealthquotes #mentalhealthisimportant #mentalhealthblogger #mentalhealthtips #mentalhealthtopic #mentalhealthcounselling#mentalhealth #mentalwellness #mentalhealthadvocate #mentalhealthsupport #mentalwellbeing #nostigma #mentalhealthwarriors #mentalhealthhelp #mentalhealthblog #positivevibes #positivemindset #positiveselftalk #positivemood #staypositive

MEDITATION HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE Right from the starting I always knew the power of meditation. Once there was this phase in my life when I was unable to sleep at nights. It was like I was laying on my bed, not using phones, no thoughts , just laying. Condition got worse when I couldn’t sleep at day time also. Then I thought of doing meditation by my own but nothing worked because you need consistency to get results. Trust me, it is not as easy as one thinks. If you have control over yourself, you can learn meditating easily. But for me it was not easy. I needed a trainer. Then finally on recommendations I joined Happiness program of Art of living. I wasn’t a big fan of AOL but gradually when I got connected with this course, I started loving it to the core and believe me it was the best decision of my life. Our coach taught Pranayamas and Sudarshana kriya (Heart of Art of living) The day I have practiced , I could literally sleep that night and every night after then. Many changes I’ve seen in myself the way I talk, the way I see things and my thoughts. I’ve started appreciating myself. The quality of life has improved. Back then, ending my life seemed like the only way out but today I want to wake up everyday and live. And that in itself is a victory. I will highly recommend you to join at least for once. I bet you will not regret.I swear it is not a paid promotion thing. Thank you for reading.
