We all know the benefits of cardio: • First and the most obvious would be it makes your cardiovascular and respiratory system stronger and more efficient, • It helps reduce stress, • Better nutrient transportation as a result of increased blood flow, & the obvious calorie burning, to jot down the least. . Also socially, it's not very nice to have someone ask "but don't you workout?" while you're panting after climbing just 5 flights of stairs. Most people (like myself) donot enjoy cardio training once they start lifting weights. From bodybuilders to fitness trainers to fitness enthusiasts, it's really rare to find someone who actually has a proper cardio schedule planned and most importantly someone who follows through it. But then again, 'late is better than never'!
