The way you make an Omelette .. it reveals your Personality... So Always make pretty/handsome Omelette ?? Swipe ➡️ swipe ➡️ ? music on ? In frame - Swirl Omelette (or as my Hubby Says Designer Omelette) Ingredients- 2 eggs for each omelette Salt ,black pepper (as per taste) Ghee- half teaspoon for each omelette For sauté veggies Olive oil-1 teaspoon 1 onion sliced Sliced capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper- 1/3 each Broccoli- 1/4 cut in small flowers Boiled corn-1/2 bowl Salt, black pepper (as per taste) Oregano , chilly flakes -1/2 teaspoon each Process-Saute some veggies of your choice in olive oil and add salt, pepper, oregano and chilly flakes and keep it aside Divide egg yolk and egg white in different bowl and whisk them. Heat ghee in pan and cook agg yolk 70%, remove from flame and cut into stripes. Arrange stripes in pan again and pour egg white . Sorinkle some salt and pepper.
