The day is also commonly known around the globe as May Day and is an official public holiday for many countries like People's Republic of China, North Korea, Cuba, and Russia. But this year this Labor Day is dedicated to those who are Corona warriors. In this lockdown to protect against the corona virus, when everyone is in the house, the corona warriors are paying their duty regardless of their lives. These include doctors, nurses, police, anganwadi workers, employees of the electricity department, media workers, municipal employees and army men. These public servants have not been to their house for many days. They are ready on duty. These are all warriors who are working with their lives. #worlddiabetesday : On November 14, World Diabetes Day is universally celebrated. This day is meant to raise awareness about diabetes, a condition which is widely common in India. Diabetes is essentially referred to a group of diseases that result in too much sugar in the blood. Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes are the three kinds of diabetes. My husband is also diabetic patient...so this sugarfree oats brownies are for him. 🥧 Oats Brownies 🥧 INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup Oats @kelloggsindia 3 tbsp Cocoa powder 1 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda 3/4 cup powdered Jaggery 3/4 cup Yogurt / curd 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 cup Olive Oil(optional) 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped Method_ Grease and flour a 7' cake tin. Preheat the oven to 180c. Grind the oats to a powder in a mixer. Combine the powdered oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add the powdered jaggery and mix well. Pour the yogurt and mix. Pour the milk and mix well. Pour the oil and mix well.(if u want to use... i didn't use it) Pour the batter in the prepared cake tin. sprinkle Chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 180c for 30-35 minutes till the cake is done. You will know whether it's done or not when you insert a skewer in the center of the cake and it comes out clean. Cool the cake. You can invert it on a plate and then slice it into pieces.
